Peach Tree Pruning

An existing peach tree in our side yard was way overgrown! I got in there and cleaned it up, but due to extended neglect there are multiple trunks. One of the trunks appears to be growing from the root stock while other are rubbing against each other.

What to do? Leave it be or cut them back?
